You can use USPS or UPS services to have your package held at a secure location for pickup:
USPS: You can submit a Package Intercept request to have your item redirected—either returned to sender, sent to a new address, or held at a Post Office for pickup. Requests are made via the USPS Business Customer Gateway or by completing PS Form 1509 at a Post Office. Note, it’s not guaranteed and may incur a fee plus postage if it's processed as a new Priority Mail shipment
UPS: If you're subscribed to UPS My Choice, you can log in and choose options like “Hold for Pickup” at a UPS Access Point or Customer Center. You can also do this via the package's tracking detail page. If needed, you can contact UPS customer service to request holding the package
When the tracking shows "Label Created" without movement, it typically means the label has been produced, but your package hasn't yet entered the carrier’s network.
Why that might happen:
1 - The seller or fulfillment team printed the label in advance, but the package hasn't been dropped off or picked up by the carrier yet.
2 - The package may already be with the carrier, but hasn't been scanned into their system yet.
Typical timelines are up to 1–2 business days to elapse before the carrier scans the item and updates the tracking.
What you can do next:
1 - Wait at least 48 hours from label creation to allow time for the package to be handed over and scanned.
2 - If after that period there’s still no activity, consider contacting the carrier for more insight or reach out to our Customer Service team for assistance.
